Amanda was bit by the travel bug early growing up between several different cities as her family adventured around the world through her childhood. She hit 25 countries before she turned 25 through a mix of trips with family, friends, and solo backpacking to get off the well beaten tourist path and hasn’t stopped chasing sunrises, sunsets, and stories since.

She loves to immerse herself in local communities and culture and capture the vibrance and life in the communities she gets to be part of. Home for Amanda is never a physical place; home is the people she gets to spend time with no matter their age, country of origin, or dreams. These photos capture small bits of the people and places she’s gotten to encounter as she sets out to explore and learn more about the world.
