MEET YOUR NEW FRIENDS @THATGOODFRIENDSHIT!

AMANDA KELLY ESPIRITU (SHE/HER/HERS)

Growing up around the world from SF and LA, to London and Manila, Amanda (@amandakespiritu) quickly mastered the art of making strangers friends in the space of a high five and a hug the moment her mum dropped her off at pre-school. Amanda loves celebrating friends old and new by surprising them with friendventure dates, #lovebomb notes, puppy pictures, and silly dance breaks in public. She’s on a mission to prioritize deep talks, build a soul fam with intention, and boldly empower others through vulnerability and connection. Amanda believes that by being the Proudest Parent At The PTA Meeting about anything and everything her friends are working on, friends are able to support each other in moving beyond the Early Life Stage of their Wikipedia page.

Amanda is an Artist, Executive Producer, and Community Builder. Founder of Creative Surrender Studios, Amanda loves to play in the intersection of art, science, music, and tech. She works with creatives and entrepreneurs to reignite their passions, sate their curiosity, and connect with other supernova human beings to create, collaborate, and celebrate together. Amanda designs and produces bespoke immersive events, workshops, retreats, festivals, and short films that showcase people all over the world stepping into their own power and kickstarting themselves out of whatever rut they might be in by dancing and singing in public, talking about failure, and more. She believes that through art, adventure, and advocacy people can make the world a more joyful and extraordinary place.

AMELA SUBASIC (SHE/HER/HERS)

We are who we surround ourselves with and Amela (@subasicaly) takes this to heart as she feels forever grateful to be surrounded by some pretty incredible friends. Because of her friends, Amela moved to NYC alone, landed her dream (jobs), created a CoWorking Network (now over 500 members), has traveled the world, pursued, shared and collaborated on some pretty epic things that at times, seemed too big to even fathom. Amela sees her friends as pivotal as family, beautiful touchpoints worth celebrating just like romantic partners, like those big life moments and those FB status updates ya make to let the world know all your things. Friendshipversaries, Life-Changing Friend Heart-To-Hearts, Friend Breakups and Celebrating Friend Wins are just a few of the things Amela is JAZZED to talk about, make points about and explore with this new ‘Good Friendsh*t’ brand - started with a very good old friend Amanda & an incredible new friend Jaimee! Lets talk about FRIEND SHIT!

Amela is a Creative Director, Designer, Personal Coach & Community Builder. She works with clients to share their stories and visions in inspiring visually captivating ways. Besides creating and accountability coaching, Amela is the Founder of the NYC CoWorking Network - a space for co-workies that don’t have a ‘work family’ to gather, connect, build relationships and get shit done - together. What originally started as a weekly physical meetup, has now morphed into a digital co-working space. Amela’s favorite saying has always been “We’re always one interaction away from a totally different life,” and those interactions have always been the amazing and incredible people she’s met along her journey. Born in Bosnia, growing up in Germany, then moving to the US (Idaho) and now living in NY - Amela is no stranger to moving and re-starting life and friends. She is very clear that it’s our friendships that make a place home - and she’s committed to bring that feeling of ‘home’ to everyone she encounters. Because everything is better - together.

JAIMEE ESTRELLER (SHE/HER/HERS)

Reclaiming her status as the friend slut, Jaimee (@jaimee.estreller) was c-h-a-n-g-e-d when she learned about “relationship anarchy”, the nurturing of each intimate relationship in unique & special ways defined by the folks in it versus what society deems as most important (ahem romantic > platonic). Yes to all of it, fuck the binary. Date your friends like you would romantic partners, and build that community of intentional care and love with you at the center.

Jaimee is an integrated strategist and creative storyteller driving business results through culture & attention. She recently said goodbye to that agency life (sup VaynerMedia) to pursue her mission of changing the world by helping other people change their own worlds and is a proud mental health advocate striving to make a difference for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks through community care. She is a curious human who loves chasing the why’s and how’s and making sense of the complex. A fiery, yet gentle rebel (thanks to that aries, pisces, sag), she’s obsessed with cultivating joy, nurturing 1:1 connections, breaking sh*t via breakthroughs, writing about her queer late-bloomer & therapy experiences, and laughing at her own puns. And to everyone who reads this, hashtag all new friends.
